All participants must fill the form carefully and accurately. The details you provide (such as Name, Father’s Name, Class,) will be printed on your certificate.

You will attempt test from your register mobile number only.

No Changes After Submission:

Once the form is submitted, no corrections or modifications will be accepted under any circumstances.

Institute Not Responsible for Errors:

Our institute will not be responsible for any spelling mistakes, incorrect class details, or contact information after the form is submitted.

Double-Check Before Submitting:

Participants are strongly advised to verify all the information before submitting the form.
